All the steps taken to produce the wine follow the dictates of minimal intervention, therefore if no chemical or synthetic substances are used in the vineyard and manual harvesting of the grapes is then carried out, in the winery the fermentations occur spontaneously, with a prior slight cooling of the grapes. \u003cstrong\u003eShort maceration on the skins\u003c\/strong\u003e,for a liquid that is naturally decanted and then bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Possa U Giancu presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow robe, edged with more intense reflections. The liquid, which requires a brief oxygenation in the glass, \u003cstrong\u003egradually reveals\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eits marine and Mediterranean essence\u003c\/strong\u003e, with briny and scrub notes. The fruit, with white flesh, is delicate and crunchy, with a barely hinted floral part.
